# The simplest way for NBLs to meet the CDR 13 July compliance obligation

For non-bank lenders (NBLs), CDR Tranche 1 compliance is no longer a future problem — it’s a hard deadline. If you are a non-bank lender with a loan book of over $1Billion AUD, you must be publishing CDR-compliant Product Reference Data (PRD) via public APIs **by 13****th**** July 2026**.

This first tranche is “product data only”, but that doesn’t mean it’s trivial. Your PRD must be:

- accurate and continuously up to date
- structured to evolving CDR schemas
- publicly accessible
- consistent with Product Disclosure Statements (PDS)

Errors are easy to spot, and the ACCC has made it clear that product data is not exempt from enforcement.
