As of July, Biza.io has successfully signed on over half (four of the seven) initial non-bank lending providers designed under the Consumer Data Right (CDR). Columbus Capital, Resimac Group and Firstmac have all chosen Biza.io as their CDR solution provider to ensure they comply with the regulations from July 13 2026. This means that, as of the deadline, Biza.io will represent more than 10 companies and over 100 brands within the non-bank lending sector, enabling millions of consumers to compare NBL and banking products through the CDR.
To support our growth, we’re excited to announce three new senior appointments to our executive leadership team. Max Diamond is now on board as Director of Growth, with Anthony Spark hired as Director of Infrastructure and Security, responsible for Biza’s expanded software, security, and infrastructure offerings. David Nixon has also joined the team as Director of Product and Engineering.
These additions to our leadership come at a time of significant and ongoing business growth for Biza. In addition to now supporting 50% of non-bank lenders, Biza.io also has 30% of large banks on its growing client roster. Our new hires will focus on Biza.io’s opportunity to expand open data across energy and banking, making the CDR more accessible to the everyday consumer.
“Since securing investment in 2022, we’ve doubled down on our mission to help organisations navigate the highly regulated CDR ecosystem and data-sharing landscape with confidence. We continue to pioneer technical expertise and innovation in this space, and our expanding leadership team will play a pivotal role in driving the business’s growth trajectory, while also freeing up capacity for myself and other executives to ensure we continue to take an industry-leading approach to our service offerings and delivery.”
