Jess brings over 20 years of experience leading software implementation and customer success across health, not-for-profit, government and infrastructure organisations. She has held senior leadership roles at Telstra Health, AlayaCare Australia and EOS Technologies, where she led Customer Success and Professional Services teams.


She has more than 15 years experience in solution deployment, programme and project leadership-successfully managing large, multi-disciplinary teams-and a strong track record in project management and quality assurance.


Before taking on the role as COO, she was the Head of Customer Success at Biza where she led the team responsible for onboarding and supporting more than 30 Banking and Energy sector clients in the Consumer Data Right (CDR). With deep experience scaling customer facing teams for both Australian and International SaaS start-ups, Jess in passionate about building trusted client relationships and delivering real value.
