# Murray Wayper

#### Chief Information Security Officer

Murray leads Biza’s information security strategy, overseeing risk management, compliance, and operational resilience across the organisation. With more than fifteen years of experience in security operations and, he has guided teams through ISO 27001 certification, SOC 2 audits, and continuous improvement of security practices. Murray works closely with technical and business teams to embed secure-by-design principles throughout Biza’s products and processes. He is passionate about building a culture of awareness and accountability, ensuring that security supports innovation rather than limits it. His pragmatic approach helps translate complex security requirements into clear, actionable outcomes for both teams and customers.
