Jess brings over 16 years of global experience building and scaling high growth SaaS startups across RegTech, FinTech and HealthTech from concept to profitability. A serial founder and operator, she has worn every hat across product strategy, customer experience, partnerships, and team leadership, giving her a rare end to end understanding of what it takes to deliver real value to customers.

Jess has built and scaled customer success functions from the ground up across three high growth SaaS organisations, consistently turning operations into trusted, high performing teams. She has led customer success across global regulated client bases, founded and scaled a VC backed startup from ideation to traction, and delivered successful onboarding programmes across complex regulatory and compliance environments.

With deep experience operating at the intersection of technology, financial services, and regulation, Jess understands the precision, trust, and expertise that regulated industries demand. Passionate about technology that transforms user capability and experience, she is dedicated to building deep client relationships and scalable customer success programmes that help organisations confidently navigate the CDR ecosystem.
